Attack on Journalists in Artashat: Be Prepared for the Worst Scenarios During Campaigns, Says Naira Zohrabyan
Armenian National Assembly member Naira Zohrabyan made a post on her Facebook page addressing an incident that occurred yesterday in Artashat, where journalist Ani Gevorgyan was slapped.
"Yesterday in Artashat, a group of aggressive individuals attacked journalists who were simply doing their professional duties, threatened them, pulled them, and even snatched a phone from one journalist's hand. Furthermore, a woman in a 'palasati' coat slapped 'Tert' journalist Ani Gevorgyan. I would like to remind you that the campaign has not yet officially started. I warn you that against this backdrop, we should be prepared for the worst scenarios during the official campaign period," she stated.
