This Map Proves That Armenia Joined the USSR Without Any Azerbaijani Enclave in Its Territory - Yerganyan
Journalist and TV commentator Artyom Yerganyan wrote on his Facebook page: "This map proves that Armenia joined the USSR without having any Azerbaijani enclave in its territory. Therefore, it should have remained with the same borders after the collapse of the USSR. Hence, we have all the legal grounds to refuse discussing the former enclaves issue. Our arguments are strong. The government is not strong."
