Tigran Abrahamyan on the Phone Conversation between the Secretary of the Security Council and the CSTO Secretary General
The head of the Analytical Center "Henaket", Tigran Abrahamyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "In the phone conversation with the CSTO Secretary General, the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia stated that the demands and aspirations of the Azerbaijani side have no justification." The main question in recent days is what exactly Azerbaijan is demanding, because it was clear from the outset that the issue is not only about 'border adjustments'. It is presumed that the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia presented to the CSTO Secretary General the specific aspirations and demands proposed by Azerbaijan. I don’t quite understand why the government is hiding this from the public, because I believe that in such cases, setting certain exceptions aside, open communication also serves the interests of the government."
