Karen Vrtanesyan, the coordinator of the specialized site "Razminfo," wrote on his Facebook page: "Now, let’s get to the hard facts. First, from the Ministry of Defense’s message published last night, 'The Armenian side has once again presented its clear demand to the representatives of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces... to leave the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia without any preconditions.' In other words, the enemy continues to remain in the territory of the Republic of Armenia. Furthermore, it is setting some preconditions for withdrawal.

Next, 'an agreement has been reached to continue negotiations tomorrow, on May 16, at 14:00.' This means that nothing has changed since yesterday, which is also confirmed by the next line: 'No changes in the situation have been recorded today in all three directions.' Then, 'as a result of the actions of the Armenian units yesterday, representatives of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces had to withdraw from certain areas.' Since the message is from May 15, this refers to events on May 14. There is no clarity about which areas the Azerbaijanis have withdrawn from and to what extent.

This means that when we set aside the propaganda of the Nikolo-Turkish narrative, the hard leftovers are as follows: 1. Azerbaijani forces continue to remain in the territory of Armenia in all three directions; 2. The negotiations have yet to yield any results.
