I know whose ears these rumors are spinning around: Arman Abovyan on possible coalition with Pashinyan
This day should serve not only as a reminder of past victories but also as a guide for future triumphs. This was stated today by Arman Abovyan, the Secretary of the Parliamentary Group of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK), during a conversation with supporters at the Victory Park.
“If there is no sense of victory, if there is no willingness to sacrifice entirely for the sake of hearing the church bells of the Armenian church echoing from the depths of Shushi's Ghazanchetsots, then there is no point in everything. No one can deceive us with the thesis of friendship with Turks or Azerbaijanis. We are doomed to win against Turkish-Azerbaijani fascism, otherwise, we will be annihilated, physically annihilated,” he said.
Regarding the snap elections scheduled for June 20, the BHK official stated, “I will refrain from making assessments about what will happen after June 20, but I have great hope that the nation and the people will make the choice that will allow them to remain a nation and a people, rather than becoming a share of Turks and Azerbaijanis.”
Commenting on rumors that the BHK might form an alliance with the party led by Nikol Pashinyan after the elections, Arman Abovyan said, “I know whose ears these rumors are spinning around. I can only say one thing: we are going to win. We are going to form a government, to come to power. Yes, we are going alone, our candidate for Prime Minister is Gagik Tsarukyan, and we are going to win.” He called on everyone to refrain from such discussions.
