Prosecutor General on Gagik Tsarukyan's Case
Today in parliament, reporters reminded Prosecutor General Arthur Davtyan that months ago he presented a motion to strip Gagik Tsarukyan of his immunity. They inquired about any developments in the case that Tsarukyan is also involved in.
He stated that the case has made significant progress, with dozens of individuals facing criminal prosecution in this criminal case. “There are thousands of individuals involved in this criminal case. In other words, thousands of interrogations have been conducted. The investigation data must be completed, and a legal assessment will be provided at the end,” he added.
