NSS Denies Reports of Detaining and Interrogating Ameriabank Chairman
The National Security Service of Armenia has denied reports suggesting that the Chairman of the Board of Ameriabank, Andrey Mkrtchyan, was detained, interrogated, and subsequently released.
An inquiry made by Armenpress to the NSS press center sought clarification regarding the veracity of these reports. In response, the officials stated that the circulated information has no basis in reality and urged the public to refrain from disseminating misinformation.
It is worth reminding that earlier today, Auroranews contacted Ameriabank, where representatives declared that the claims are evidently false and a fabrication.
