The Work on Prisoner Exchanges Must Be Completed: Russia Supports Implementation of 'All for All' Principle
The work on exchanging prisoners who fell into captivity during the Artsakh war must be completed. As reported by Armenpress, this was stated by the Russian Ambassador to Armenia, Sergey Kopirkin, during a press briefing with journalists.
“The work on the exchange of prisoners, of course, must be brought to completion. The Russian Federation actively participates in this process, supporting the implementation of the ‘all for all’ principle,” noted Ambassador Kopirkin.
Previously, Ambassador Kopirkin had stated that one of the priorities for the leadership of Russia is the issue of returning those taken captive as a result of the Artsakh war, and everything possible is being done to provide a swift resolution to this issue.
