Belarus Excluded from Eurovision 2021
Belarus has been barred from participating in the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 due to the fact that the new song submitted by the country violates the contest's rules, according to the European Broadcasting Union.
This means that the Belarusian representative will not be able to take part in the music competition set to be held in Rotterdam from May 12 to 16, as the country failed to submit a musical performance by the specified deadline.
Earlier, the organizers of Eurovision had stated that the performance of the Belarusian representative was politicized.
