Minister of Defense on the Publication and Video of '1500 Azerbaijani Special Forces Walking Calmly to Shushi'
About a month ago, a video appeared on the internet, which stated that approximately 1500 Azerbaijani special forces were calmly walking towards Shushi. It was also noted that the Armenian side had precise data and coordinates about this situation but had taken no steps to stop the Azerbaijani forces.
Auroranews sent an inquiry to the Minister of Defense, Vagharshak Harutyunyan, regarding this issue.
"Please specify whether the information presented in the video corresponds to reality or not. Is there an investigation underway to determine where the footage was filmed? If those seen in the video are indeed Azerbaijani soldiers moving towards Shushi so calmly, why has no action been taken to halt them? Was there a specific order to let the Azerbaijanis advance, or is this a result of negligence on the part of the responsible personnel, allowing the enemy to move forward without obstruction? Who is accountable for this situation and will they face penalties and be removed from their positions?" the inquiry stated.
The response from the Ministry of Defense came nearly a month later. It stated, "It is impossible to conclude whether the video is real or edited, and it is not possible to ascertain the location where the video was filmed."
