Ashot Hakobjanyan Appointed Director of Artsakh's National Security Service
The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, signed decrees on February 22, appointing Ashot Melikik Hakobjanyan as the Director of the National Security Service of the Republic of Artsakh, and Ararat Mikaeli Melkumyan as the First Deputy Director of the National Security Service.
