VIDEO: Soldier Forced to Delete Footage Highlighting Soldiers' Abysmal Living Conditions
Serviceman Andranik Poghosyan, who published a video showcasing the dire living conditions of soldiers in tents at our border posts, has announced on his Facebook page that he was forced to delete the video.
“When live broadcasts from combat positions during a state of war are being aired, where people are insulting the entire nation for the benefit of the Prime Minister and shown on television in Yerevan’s central square, I, who do not speak in favor of the Prime Minister but instead raise important issues for the benefit of the army, become a perpetrator of a crime. This is because a serviceman is not allowed to go live, and I am forced to delete my live post because I cannot ignore the orders of my commander, who only thinks about himself. Democracy... democracy... where is your democracy?” he wrote.
Despite having to delete the video, it has been downloaded and shared widely across numerous platforms.
