Details on 62 Prisoners Held in Azerbaijan: Special Representative of Artsakh President Boris Avagyan
The second group of prisoners will soon return to Armenia. The process is ongoing. This was detailed by Boris Avagyan, special representative of the Artsakh President, as reported by 24news.am.
According to him, in exchange for five released prisoners, the Armenian side has handed over an Azerbaijani individual who has been in prison for decades.
Avagyan also informed that 25 of the 62 Armenian prisoners held in Azerbaijan have been shown to their parents.
