I am confident that Artsakh will always be in your heart, prayers, and deeds, wherever you are. The President of Artsakh to Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan
Dear compatriots,
We received with deep regret the news of the release of Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan from the position of the leader of the Artsakh diocese. This was stated by the President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, on his Facebook page.
“After more than three decades of noble service in Artsakh, Archbishop Pargev has become a symbol of the Armenian people struggling for the right to live freely and peacefully on their own land, as well as to preserve and strengthen their national identity and faith. This figure of a great patriot and Armenian will remain forever inscribed in the heroic pages of our recent history and in the hearts of every Armenian.
Your Grace,
Allow me to express on behalf of our faithful people and personally my deepest respect, gratitude, and warmest and sincerest wishes. May you have a prosperous life, good health, and all blessings. May God's light and strength always accompany you.
I am confident that Artsakh will always be in your heart, prayers, and deeds, wherever you are.”
