Gor Baklajyan to be Appointed as Member of the Investigative Committee's Disciplinary Commission
The advisor to the Minister of Justice, Gor Baklajyan, is set to be appointed as a member of the Investigative Committee's Disciplinary Commission. This decision is included in the agenda of the government meeting scheduled for January 14.
“Guided by Article 15, Part 2 of the Law on the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia and Article 37 of the Law on Normative Legal Acts, the government of the Republic of Armenia has decided to appoint Gor Baklajyan, the advisor to the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, to the vacant position of a member of the Investigative Committee's Disciplinary Commission,” the decision states.
