Emergency Rescue Teams Not Allowed to Proceed to Hadrut
The Armenia State Emergency Situations Service's rescue teams have been denied access to proceed to Hadrut, reports Artsakh Press.
This was confirmed by Hunan Tadevosyan, the head of the public relations department of the Emergency Situations Service. "As planned, three teams were heading towards Hadrut for search and rescue operations. There was no contact with the teams in the morning, but just recently, communication has been established, and it became clear that they were not allowed to advance near the village of Shekher. Now they are returning back," said Hunan Tadevosyan.
