Government and Ruling 'My Step' Alliance Ignore Discussion on Border Community Issues in Parliament: Arman Abovian
On December 25, an operational discussion was held in the National Assembly initiated by the parliamentary faction of the Prosperous Armenia Party, focusing on the issues faced by border regions.
According to Arman Abovian, the secretary of the Prosperous Armenia Party's parliamentary faction, members of the government and deputies from the ruling 'My Step' alliance were invited to the discussion, but none attended.
“I hope that the ruling coalition will nonetheless come and participate in this important discussion,” stated Abovian.
The secretary indicated that during the meeting, telephone contact will be established with the leaders of the border communities to better understand the situation.
It is noteworthy that the 'Enlightened Armenia' parliamentary faction also participated in the discussion.
