Marukyan Publishes Letter Sent to Pashinyan via Special Connection on November 2

LLC leader Edmon Marukyan has published on his Facebook page a letter from Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan dated November 2, along with a message.

“Dear compatriots, I would like to inform you that during the phase when it was being discussed what legal basis we have for security cooperation with the Russian Federation, it would be more expedient from a military-political perspective to refer to the contract when addressing the President of the Russian Federation. On November 2, I sent a previously unpublished letter to Nikol Pashinyan via special connection, proposing to appeal to the President of the Russian Federation based on the provisions of the agreement on the Joint Group of Forces of the Armed Forces of Armenia and the Armed Forces of Russia, signed in Moscow on November 30, 2016, detailing how the application of this contract is beneficial for us.
