We Could Not Make Shushi What It Deserved: Nikol Pashinyan

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has stated on his Facebook page: “It is obvious to me that since 1994, unfortunately, we have not been able to do everything we could have for Shushi. There have been devoted businessmen who have made significant and important investments. There have also been state investments, but overall, we could not make Shushi what it deserved due to objective and subjective circumstances. This is exactly what I was referring to when I spoke about this topic from the podium of the National Assembly.”
