Deputy Minister Vahe Danielyan has Volunteered and is Released from Job Responsibilities
According to the decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Deputy Minister of Justice Vahe Danielyan has been released from performing his job responsibilities.
“Based on the provisions of parts 3 and 4 of Article 124 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia: 1. Recognize Deputy Minister of Justice Vahe Danielyan as called up on a voluntary basis and release him from the performance of his work duties from October 27, 2020. 2. Ensure the payment of Vahe Danielyan’s salary in accordance with the established procedure for the period he is released from his job responsibilities,” the Prime Minister's decision states.
