Putin Reports on Phone Conversations with Pashinyan and Aliyev
Russian President Vladimir Putin has informed the Security Council in Moscow about phone conversations with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, prior to a meeting of the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan. This was stated by Putin's spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, as reported by RIA Novosti.
Peskov noted that the participants of the consultation once again emphasized the importance of ceasefire, appealing to the parties involved.
It is worth mentioning that the meeting between Mnatsakanyan and Bayramov was supposed to take place at 16:00 Yerevan time, but it is likely to be held an hour later, considering that Russian media outlets have changed the live broadcast time of the meeting.
