Artsakh President Araik Harutyunyan reports: "I just returned from the city of Hadrut. As you know, the enemy carried out a diversionary attack towards the regional center, ignoring the agreement on humanitarian ceasefire. The situation is currently fully under the control of the Defense Army. I will speak about the existing agreements and their violations at the press conference scheduled for 10 AM tomorrow. I hope there will be no new obstacles this time."
