The Issue of Peacekeepers Can Only Be Resolved with the Consent of Both Parties: Peskov
Russia can deploy peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh only with the agreement of Armenia and Azerbaijan. This was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
“Peacekeepers can enter only with the consent of both sides,” Peskov said today.
Earlier today, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, in an interview with Al Jazeera, stated that the issue of peacekeepers should be discussed in a broader context of resolution under the auspices of the OSCE Minsk Group.
