All Links of the Military Medical Service Provide Specialized Medical Assistance to Injured Soldiers - Ministry of Defense of Armenia
Since the first day of military operations on the borders of the Republic of Artsakh, all links of the armed forces' military medical service have been brought to a state of combat readiness, staffed with the necessary medical personnel.
In the conditions of martial law, the medical staff of the Central Clinical Military Hospital of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia is carrying out extensive work. Soldiers with varying degrees of injuries are being admitted to the hospital, where classification and rapid instrumental examination are performed, after which the injured soldiers are placed in the appropriate departments and, if necessary, immediately transported to the operating room.
The relatives of the hospitalized soldiers are informed about the injuries sustained by the soldiers, the course of treatment, and the results.
The first specialized medical assistance provided to the wounded at the front line is also being effectively carried out, and often there is no need for repeated surgical intervention. Many injured soldiers are already in the recovery phase and will soon return to their places of service. Psychologists are also working with them, noting that the combat spirit of the soldiers is high; defenders of the homeland strive to return to the front line at the first opportunity to stand by their comrades in arms.
Civilian hospitals have also taken on an invaluable role in the recovery of soldiers wounded during combat operations, being ready to accept the injured and provide necessary medical assistance at any time of the day.
