Every Police Officer on Patrol Ordered to Fine at Least 30 People Daily for Not Wearing Masks: Evidence in My Hands, Arsen Babayan

Every police officer on patrol has been instructed to fine at least 30 individuals daily for not wearing masks. This was stated by Arsen Babayan, a member of the 'Homeland' party council and a human rights defender, on his Facebook page.

"I have hinted at this before, but the dissatisfied officers were afraid to speak out by name. Today, I have obtained proof of this. Today is the 17th, and the officer has drawn up the record for a fine dated the 18th for not wearing a mask. When the fined citizen pointed out that today is the 17th and not the 18th, the officer who filled out the report said that he has completed his quota for the day's fines, so he is easing his workload for tomorrow," he wrote.
