Lydian Armenia Has Not Reached Any Agreement to Move Its Container Houses: Statement

Lydian Armenia has issued a statement regarding the allegations that its container houses are improperly located.

“We have just learned from the press that the Mayor of Jermuk has made several statements on behalf of Lydian Armenia, including that ‘Lydian’ has agreed to move its container houses. We inform that Lydian Armenia has not reached such an agreement with anyone. The container houses are located on land that is legally owned by the company. All of Lydian's actions are within the law, and the company has all the rights and permits to carry out any activities on the land it legally possesses, including the installation of movable container houses.

Lydian will not negotiate any issues outside the framework of the law.”
