Humanitarian Aid from Armenia to Lebanon Includes Medications, Medical Equipment, Food and Other Supplies - Gevorgyan
The Government of Armenia, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, is in constant contact with the Lebanese government and community leaders in order to provide assistance to our brotherly Lebanon. As a result of the discussions, the main areas of need have been clarified, and the Armenian government will deliver targeted aid to Beirut at both governmental and community levels. This was stated by the spokesperson for the Prime Minister, Mane Gevorgyan.
The assistance will include medications, medical equipment, food, and other supplies. The aid from the Armenian government will arrive as quickly as possible via a special flight.
It is noteworthy that Prime Minister Pashinyan had a phone conversation with Lebanese President Michel Aoun, expressing the readiness of the Armenian authorities to provide support to the friendly Lebanon and its brotherly people.
