Eduard Aghajanyan Files Lawsuit Against 168.am
The Chief of Government Staff, Eduard Aghajanyan, has filed a lawsuit against the news website 168.am, demanding the retraction of allegedly defamatory information and compensation for moral damages.
Lawyer Robert Hayrapetyan announced that he is representing the interests of 168.am. “I will discuss further details of the court case soon. Freedom of the press and speech is one of the essential components of democracy and must always be guaranteed,” the lawyer wrote on his Facebook page.
