Japanese Man Punctured Almost 1000 Women's Car Tires, Then Approached to Offer Help
In Japan, a man has intentionally punctured the tires of over 1000 cars belonging to women in order to approach them and offer assistance.
According to flipboard.com, recently a 43-year-old woman, shortly after exiting a supermarket in the Higashiura area and getting into her car, realized that there was an issue with one of her tires. At that moment, a man approached her and offered help. This seemingly ordinary situation was quite familiar to the woman, as she had encountered a similar scenario the previous year.
Some time later, the woman reported the incident to the police, who, through surveillance cameras at the supermarket, determined that the man had intentionally punctured the tire to later meet with the woman.
The news outlet reports that the man confessed to puncturing at least 1000 tires over the years, admitting that his sole purpose was to meet women.
