«We Are Not Planning to Open Land Borders Yet» - Gakharia
The Prime Minister of Georgia, Giorgi Gakharia, has announced that the government is not yet planning to open the land borders with neighboring countries.
According to netgazeti.ge, the Prime Minister stated, “As for the opening of the borders, we are not able to take hasty steps yet. The borders are open for Georgian citizens entering the country as well as for cargo transportation. The control is quite effective; however, we are still not planning to open the borders.”
