Government to Allocate Funds to Television and Radio Companies
The Armenian government will allocate 76.5 million drams to support television and radio companies. The issue has been included in the agenda of the government meeting scheduled for June 25.
According to the justification, the television companies have voluntarily and significantly showcased videos regarding the adherence to health rules and the mitigation of socio-economic conditions without coercion from the government or the commandant's office.
Each of the following TV companies will receive support of 10 million drams: "Shant," "Armenia," "Yerkir Media," "Kentron," and "Armenian Second Channel."
