Criminal Case Launched Over Disclosure of Rape Case Materials Involving Gagik Tsarukyan
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the disclosure of materials related to a rape case involving Gagik Tsarukyan, the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party. This case is based on a report concerning the dissemination of information deemed personal or family secrets without the consent of the individual, as defined by Article 144 of the RA Criminal Code. This was confirmed by Edgar Janoyan, the Deputy Head of the Public Relations and Media Department of the RA Police, in response to a query from 'Factinfo'. According to him, the criminal case has been forwarded to the Investigation Committee.
