Constitutional Court Judge Arman Dilyanyan Unaware of the Statement
Recently, seven judges of the Constitutional Court signed a statement expressing serious concern regarding the recent events related to the Court. Notably, Judge Arman Dilyanyan’s name is absent from the list of signatories.
According to LURER.com, we inquired with Judge Arman Dilyanyan about why he did not sign this unified statement. In a conversation with us, he stated that he was simply unaware of the statement and did not participate in its preparation.
Regarding how this situation arose, Dilyanyan suggested asking the initiators. We asked whether he agrees with the positions mentioned in the statement and what he thinks about the ongoing events around the Constitutional Court, but Dilyanyan declined to comment.
Arman Dilyanyan is one of the judges who was elected following the change of power in Armenia.
