EPP Calls on Armenian Authorities to Refrain from Pressure on Opposition - Donald Tusk

The President of the European People's Party (EPP), Donald Tusk, has addressed the situation in Armenia in a recent tweet. He specifically noted that the EPP is concerned about numerous instances of democratic backsliding in Armenia and urges the authorities to refrain from exerting pressure on the opposition.

Tusk emphasized that the EPP will continue to support EU-Armenia relations within the framework of the Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement, demonstrating political will for its full ratification and implementation.
