Gunshots Heard in Yerevan

According to SHAMSHYAN.com, a dispute and physical altercation took place moments ago, with gunshots reported in Yerevan. At around 18:00, the police received a report about gunfire in the yard of building 175 on Bashinjaghyan Street.

As reported by Shamshyan.com, while community police officers were investigating the incident, members of the 3rd battalion of the Patrol Police under the command of S. Garibyan apprehended and neutralized a suspect at the scene, who is believed to have been involved in the altercation and gunfire.

According to the source, a KIA vehicle with license plate 34 PR 174 parked in the yard was damaged as a result of the gunfire. An investigative team is currently working at the scene. Materials are being prepared in the investigative department regarding the incident.
