Acting Mayor in Sisian Assaults Three Citizens: LHK MP

The acting mayor of Sisian has reportedly used violence against citizens. Three individuals were assaulted, one of whom is a member of the Sisian Council, and another is a citizen born in 1952. The injured parties are currently hospitalized.

This information was shared on Facebook by LHK faction member Surbuhie Grigoryan. She specifically mentioned:

“This is especially for the new police chief. The acting mayor of Sisian has used violence against citizens. Three citizens have been assaulted, one of whom is a member of the Sisian Council and another is a citizen born in 1952. The injured parties are in the hospital. During these days, I have received various calls stating that he has abused the declared state of emergency. People in Sisian have been out on the streets for hours. You need to address this issue. Dear citizens, no one has the right to raise a hand against you. It’s a pity I’m not in Sisian right now... I will also send an official letter.”
