Wagon-Cabins Installed at Armenia-Artsakh Checkpoints for Medical Personnel
Wagon-cabins have been installed at the Armenia-Artsakh checkpoints for medical personnel. This was reported by the Ministry of Urban Development of Artsakh.
As part of measures aimed at preventing the spread of the new type of coronavirus (COVID-19) in Artsakh, the inter-agency commission coordinating the anti-coronavirus activities has instructed the Ministry of Urban Development of Artsakh to carry out works for equipping and creating facilities for medical personnel at the Armenia-Artsakh checkpoints.
The following works have been carried out by the Ministry of Urban Development at the Artsakh border checkpoints:
- At the “Kharchaput” checkpoint, 1 wagon-cabin and 1 container (9 meters long with all amenities) have been installed.
- At the “Aghavno” checkpoint, 1 wagon-cabin has been installed for the overnight accommodation of medical personnel and other responsible persons. Additionally, the waiting area has been furnished for the isolation of infectious patients.
- At the “Kovsakan” checkpoint, 1 wagon-cabin has been installed.
- At the “Khndzoresk” checkpoint, 2 wagon-cabins have been set up and furnished. Due to not being connected to the electrical grid, a 3.5 kW generator has been installed.
It was stated in the announcement.
