The 7 Members of the Constitutional Court have been Pawns of Serge Sargsyan, Robert Kocharian, and Levon Ter-Petrosyan: Pashinyan

During a campaign rally for ‘Yes’ in the Syunik Province today, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that the Constitutional Court cannot operate against the Constitution, especially not against the people.

“The members of the Constitutional Court that we want to send home are responsible for the current situation, for all misfortunes, corruption, electoral fraud, illegalities, and impunity, because these 7 members of the Constitutional Court have been the executors of power throughout their entire activity. They have acted as proxies for Serge Sargsyan, Robert Kocharian, and, back in 1996, they were also the agents of the first president, Levon Ter-Petrosyan. They have never had an independent judicial mission,” emphasized the Prime Minister.
