Prime Minister Pashinyan Apologizes to Young Man from Kapan
The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, addressed an incident that occurred two days ago in Stepanavan during a speech in Sisian, where he apologized to a young man from Kapan.
“Yesterday, a video surfaced showing that this young man has health issues. Now I want to analyze my actions; did I say or do anything wrong to this citizen, our beloved Mekhak Arakelian? I want to confess to two mistakes I made: I overestimated my ability to assess a person's health condition and underestimated the fact that the citizen, since he was speaking with the Prime Minister, could feel constrained. We are human, we make mistakes, but we will not do anything deceitful or dishonest towards our citizens,” said the Prime Minister, offering his apologies to the young man from Kapan and all citizens of Armenia.
