Prime Minister to Return from Vacation for a Day to Appoint NSS Director and Police Chief
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will be on vacation from March 10-18 inclusive and from March 20-24 inclusive.
“Guided by Article 12 of Part 7 and Article 4 of Part 18 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, 1. Grant Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan the annual minimum leave for the 2018-2019 work year for the period March 10-18, 2020, inclusive, and March 20-24, 2020, inclusive. 2. During Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s leave, Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan will replace him,” the decision signed by the Prime Minister states.
It should be noted that during a Q&A session in the National Assembly, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that a decision on the temporary appointments of the NSS Director and the Chief of the Police of the Republic of Armenia will be made on March 19. That day, the next cabinet meeting will be held.
