Personnel Changes in the Prosecutor's Office by Order of the Chief Prosecutor

The Chief Prosecutor of the Republic of Armenia, Anna Vardapetyan, has implemented personnel changes in the Prosecutor's Office through orders issued in July-August 2026.

Particularly, Sergey Arakelyan has been appointed as the Deputy Head of the Special Assignments Department under the Chief Prosecutor, relieved from his position as Prosecutor of the Yerevan Garrison Military Prosecutor's Office.

David Zilfimyán has been appointed as the Deputy Head of the Organizational and Supervisory and Legal Support Department of the Chief Prosecutor's Office, having been relieved from his former position as Senior Prosecutor of the same department.

Alik Stepanyan has been appointed as the Senior Prosecutor of the Special Assignments Department under the Chief Prosecutor, relieved from his position as Prosecutor of the Yerevan Garrison Military Prosecutor's Office.

Hayk Vardanyan has been appointed as the Deputy Prosecutor of the Republic of Armenia, previously serving as the Head of the Department for the Protection of State Interests in the Military Prosecutor's Office.

Arthur Musoyan, the Senior Prosecutor of the Armavir Regional Prosecutor's Office, has been transferred to the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun administrative districts of Yerevan.

David Muradyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Gegharkunik Regional Prosecutor's Office, has been transferred to the same position in the Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun administrative districts of Yerevan.

Serob Kirakosyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Shirak Regional Prosecutor's Office, has been transferred to the same position in the Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun administrative districts of Yerevan.

Georg Hakobyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Aragatsotn Regional Prosecutor's Office, has been transferred to the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Kentron and Norq-Marakash administrative districts of Yerevan.

Hrachya Torosyan, Prosecutor of the Kotayk Regional Prosecutor's Office, has been transferred to the position of Prosecutor of the Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun administrative districts of Yerevan.

Robert Mkrtchyan, Prosecutor of the Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun administrative districts of Yerevan, has been relieved of his duties.

Rima Asoyan, Prosecutor of the Ararat Regional Prosecutor's Office, has been transferred to the position of Prosecutor of the Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts of Yerevan.

Karen Hakobyan, Prosecutor of the Yerevan Garrison Military Prosecutor's Office, has been transferred to the position of Prosecutor of the Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts of Yerevan.

Vardan Arsenyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun administrative districts of Yerevan, has been transferred to the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Kotayk Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Eduard Andreasyan has been appointed as the Senior Prosecutor of the Kotayk Regional Prosecutor's Office, previously serving as Prosecutor of the same region.

Narek Barekian, Prosecutor of the Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun administrative districts of Yerevan, has been transferred to the position of Prosecutor of the Armavir Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Yurik Sargsyan has been appointed as the Prosecutor of the Aragatsotn Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Vache Mkrtchyan has been appointed as the Prosecutor of the Yerevan Garrison Military Prosecutor's Office and has been assigned to the Prosecutor's Office dealing with crimes against the state authority of the Chief Prosecutor's Office.
