Russia and Germany Did Not Hold Official Negotiations in Baku
Russia and Germany did not hold official negotiations in Baku regarding the Ukraine issue. This was reported to TASS by Mikhail Galuzin, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
According to him, there have been no official communications between Russia and Germany on the issue of Ukraine's resolution, and there currently are none either. Galuzin attributed this to the 'aggressive rhetoric' and political actions of the German authorities towards Russia.
At the same time, he noted that unofficial meetings between representatives of various public organizations from Russia and Germany had taken place and continue to occur.
It is worth mentioning that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev had previously announced that contacts on the issue of Ukraine's resolution took place in Baku between representatives of Russia and Germany.
