Accident Involving Armenian License Plate Cars Occurs in Lipetsk: One Fatality
An accident involving cars with Armenian license plates occurred in Lipetsk, Russia, on the morning of March 3. The vehicles involved were a "BMW" and an "Opel," according to the Armenian Embassy in Russia.
As reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Lipetsk region, the driver of the "Opel" (a citizen of Armenia, born in 1988) was taken to City Hospital No. 3 in Lipetsk with various degrees of injuries. The driver of the "BMW" (a Russian citizen, age 54) died at the scene of the accident.
The embassy is maintaining constant communication with the relevant local authorities, the medical establishment, and representatives of the local Armenian community.
