‘Zhamanak’. Slaughterhouses Have Been Rendered Inoperative
‘Zhamanak’ newspaper reports: “The slaughterhouses that opened in January have halted their operations due to a lack of livestock for slaughter. Although Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that the meat sold in supermarkets and food establishments should come from slaughterhouse processes, this restriction is, in fact, not being enforced, leading to the idleness of the slaughterhouses.” More details in today’s issue of the newspaper.
