Armenian Side Shows Restraint Amid Azerbaijan's Declared 'Diversion', Says Defense Ministry Spokesperson

The so-called 'Diversion' declared by Azerbaijan is merely a good fairy tale for the Azerbaijani public. This was stated by the spokesperson for the Armenian Ministry of Defense, Artsrun Hovhannisyan, on his Facebook page. He indicated that this announcement is completely disinformation.

Hovhannisyan noted, 'Moreover, the Armenian side continues to demonstrate restraint in all of this.'

It is recalled that it was reported earlier that yesterday, subdivisions of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire towards the combat positions of the Armenian Armed Forces. As a result of the gunfire, an Armenian serviceman was injured. The injury is light, and his life is not in danger. Following the return fire from the Armenian Armed Forces, the Azerbaijani gunfire has ceased.
