Efforts Underway to Eliminate Privileges in the Army: Davtyan
Efforts are underway to eliminate privileges in the army, and we have some records in hand. However, I do not wish to disclose the strategy we are implementing in this regard, said the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Artak Davtyan, during a meeting with journalists today.
When asked whether the General Staff had set a goal to prevent casualties in peaceful conditions, the senior military official responded:
