We are commencing our activities in Artsakh with a vision for the implementation and expansion of a range of projects. This was stated by the former Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly and head of the NGO "Legal Education and Supervision", Arpine Hovhannisyan, on her Facebook page.
She particularly noted the work of the Artsakh branch of the NGO, the leader of the branch, and the initiating wonderful project. Dear colleagues,
As you recall, we announced in December of last year that the "Legal Education and Supervision" organization was preparing to open a branch in the Republic of Artsakh. I am pleased to announce that Gor Grigoryan has been elected as the head of our Artsakh branch office, which will operate in the Republic of Artsakh, at Marduni 1, Stepanakert.
We are starting our activities in Artsakh with a vision for the implementation of various programs and continuous expansion. In this regard, we would like to note that the commencement of our activities in Artsakh will start with a scientific-analytical competition for schoolchildren and students.
We announce the competition on the following topics:

- “The Legal Context of the Artsakh Issue”
- “Fake News and Information Security”
Students studying at universities in the Republic of Artsakh (not only law faculty) can participate in the mentioned competition by sending their works to [email protected] by March 5 of this year or delivering them in person to our office.
We also announce an essay competition for schoolchildren in grades 8-12 on the topic “My Definition of Freedom of Speech.” Essays can be submitted by March 1 of this year to [email protected] or delivered to our office in person.
Students and schoolchildren occupying competition places will receive prizes, including monetary awards. The works are not restricted by any volumetric framework but should be the result of the authors’ independent creative work.
