Arman Babajanyan Proposes Establishing a Working Group in Parliament to Investigate Soldier Deaths
Armenian parliament member Arman Babajanyan has proposed the creation of a working group in the National Assembly to study and investigate cases of soldier deaths in the army. He made this proposal to the Speaker of the National Assembly, Araarat Mirzoyan, via his Facebook page.
“Today we have another soldier lost in the army. Under circumstances that remain unclear, two servicemen of the Defense Army, born in 2000, Tigran Manveli Manvelyan and Tigran Husic Mkhoyan, have suffered fatal gunshot wounds. To investigate and examine the recent deaths that have exceeded acceptable limits, a working group must be established in the National Assembly to discuss the causes of deaths recorded as a result of cooperation with the leadership of the armed forces and to prevent similar incidents,” Babajanyan stated in his publication.
