Nourair Panosyan, Protégé of Hrayr Tovmasyan, Released from Custody

The Court of Appeal today, on February 11, granted the request of Nourair Panosyan's attorney to change the measure of restraint for the former head of the Ministry of Justice's legality supervision inspection, Supreme Court President Hrayr Tovmasyan's protégé. Panosyan has been released from the courtroom.

It is worth noting that on January 9, the court granted the investigator's request and made the decision to detain Panosyan.

Additionally, on November 6, the Court of Appeal had previously released Panosyan due to the lack of reasonable suspicion.

Recall that Nourair Panosyan has been charged under part 2 of Article 308 of the RA Criminal Code for exceeding official powers, which has resulted in serious consequences due to negligence, leading to a renewed request for his detention.
