Militants Shell Suburbs of Aleppo

Militants have launched mortar fire towards the suburbs of Aleppo, Syria, according to РИА Новости. One of the shells landed on the house of teacher Gada Agedi.

“There was a blinding explosion. For some time, I couldn’t see anything. My friends were screaming, the children were running to the back room, and they are still scared to go outside. And I can’t hear very well now,” Agedi told reporters.

The teacher and her friends suffered concussions. Two women have been hospitalized with concussion and ear injuries.
